Video of Hamurabi´s code of law

Hamurabis code of law wasn't like the constitution because it was to harsh a lot of people didn't vote. Hamurabi's code of law was written in a stone. If you built a house for someone and the house wasn't she and if the house collapsed and killed its owner the man who built he house would died and if his son die from the same reason the son of the builder would die.

How to make a law

  1.       you need an idea
  2.      you need to make it a bill
  3.     you need to take the bill to the senate and the house of representatives
  4.      you need to debate the bill
  5.      they vote for the bill
  6.     if the majority votes for the bill it becomes a law

History of democracy

Democracy started at Athens (Ancient Greece) at the 6Th century B.C. democracy started as a flood democracy which means that many people weren't aloud to vote. In England the people forced the king to sign the Magna Carta. In United states they made a revolution and France too but then Napoleon came and took France freedom. Democracy comes from the word demos with means people and kratos with means power. democracy only works when all the people are represented. Churchill said that Democracy could be the worst form of government. in the 9th century more countries were using democracy

Ruby Bridges

I saw a movie that was about a girl called Ruby Bridges and he had a family that was colored and he was colored too. The movie was about the segregation time. the white people said horrible things to her and she was very young but some white people were kind and good. Her mother put her in an public school were white kids went there and then a big man and the police came and took her to the school.outside  the school there were a lot of white people saying mean things to ruby but the white man said "don't look at them". Then wen his dad went to the shop were there were white jews and the jews said "we don't want you to come any more". His dad got fired because any more customers bought things of him because his daughter went to a public school were there were whites.  She was in an private classroom but she wanted a classroom with other kids. Her teacher changed her were the white children were and then she started to make friends.

Tuvie Maizal and the video we saw about a man in favor of Trump

We went to a Museum about the jew holocaust. Hitler though that jews made economical problems and he started to separate them and then killing them no matter the age or gender, they also did the same to the color people and disabled people. Hitter was a dictator and he made a organization called nazi. The nazi went to almost all Europe to exterminate jews. They made a lot f camps of concentration to kill jews.  A few prisoners got out of the concentration camps  alive. The nazi people did horrible things to jews like made experiments with the jews and made cookies with their calcium. We saw a video about a white man who was in favor of Donald trump and wanted to throw the color men, muslims and Mexican people out of the United States.the white man said that the law is stupid. He didn't wanted equality

PRESUNTO CULPABLE: REFLEXON

I learned that to have justice you need to be principled and many people need to be principled to have justice in our world.

Antonio said that in México 93% of the prisoners were not proved to be guilty. The police in México earn rewards for encarcell people. I think thats not fair because they don,t prove your guilty.

In México 97% of the prisoners don't see their judges.
